* WHERE...Douglas, Sarpy, Washington, Cass, Gage, Johnson, Nemaha,
  Otoe, and Pawnee Counties.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
